Went today to get Starbucks for my daughter who injured her ankle and received terrible customer service. I greeted the barista at the counter and she had a very uninterested look on her face. I placed my daughter's order and paid. The barista then gestured me to move where the pick up counter was. Few minutes later she came and said cake pop. Picked up coffee to take to the hospital for my husband. Hospital is 2 blocks away. Husband tasted coffee and said it was cold. I tasted it and it was luke warm. Will not go back.
I visit this store quite often. I order a strawberry matcha and it didn’t taste anything like it usually taste. I watched the barista make it like I always do when I walk in and this particular barista didn’t even make it like I’ve seen other barista’s make it before. The barista that took my order just didn’t look friendly , she looked like she didn’t even want to be bothered. I don’t know, this location is not good as it use to be.
