I visit this Starbucks regularly and order the same drink every time with oat milk. On my most recent visit, my drink was made with regular milk instead. When I politely asked for a remake at the drive-thru, the manager responded by saying that I’ve “done this before” and implied that I would continue doing it every day if my order was wrong.
