The staff is great, management just never has enough of them working.
I'm a caregiver, and I started working for a client about a year ago who absolutely LOVES Starbucks, this one in particular. He likes to go in every day, sometimes twice and enjoys a breakfast sandwich and a refresher. They all know him by name, and most times have his drink made up before we even get to the register. The staff was extremely friendly as soon as I walked in. They greeted me first thing, and as I left they said have a great day. I ordered the Iced Horchata Oat milk Shaken Espresso and it tasted great. Overall, wonderful experience and I will be coming back soon.
