I went through the drive thru to get a caramel ribbon crunch frapp. I ask to get extra caramel drizzle in my cup and not the sauce they put naturally from that frapp. And the girl with the most ugliest attitude said " its the same caramel and has the same taste" and I told her its not the same so please do the drizzleand she puffed on the speaker! I recently visited the Starbucks in Mount Airy while pregnant and simply asked for a cup of water. I was told that store policy requires a purchase before receiving water. While I understand businesses have policies, I was disappointed that there was no effort to offer an alternative or show any compassion. Manager Kim and the staff repeatedly told me I needed to make a purchase, but no one mentioned that I could bring my own reusable cup to receive water in the future.
