This is my favorite starbucks ever!! an i’m from california so i’ve been to many!! The blonde barista (i think she’s a manager; fits her) was so kind to help me with my malfunctioning gift card. so glad i get to come here everyday before work!!
So nice to sit here early in the morning while it's quiet. Love the coffee and the team!
We had the best customer service yesterday. I didn't get the young lady's name, but she was sorry patient with us as each kid wanted to order separately (to use their own gift card). She walked them through the menu, the checkout process, and even complimented their good manners. She was amazing and so easy to work with. Definitely will go back, even though it's "corporate", but the workers are local and great!
This store was very chaotic. Ordered a mobile order and tried to pick it up in the drive thru. Wait was 20 minutes for the order but still wasn't ready. The drive through person was very unhelpful. We entered the store after exiting the drive through and inside was chaos. Staff members dropping drinks, arguing with each other, just an all around a bad experience. We went across to Ditch Bros and had fabulous service. We will not be returning to this specific store.
