Terrible experience, got a drink with coconut milj but they didnt change it. i am extremely allergic to dairy.
Probably one of the worst experiences I’ve had at Starbucks. Flies everywhere. Extremely unclean. Rude employees. My cortado was over aerated and tasted like a cappuccino. I watched the employees treat a customer rudely and laugh at a customer because she wasn’t sure if the order on the counter was hers. Absolutely horrible. I wanted to sit and enjoy my beverage but couldn’t because of how terrible the experience was.
Mom and I sat in comfy leather chairs and visited for a while. It was very nice.
New policies making for rude and exhausted employees, tweaked out manager non stop yaps and nitpicks at everyone on the line making for quite a show while you’re waiting your 20 minutes for a watered down and cold flat white from some poor kid getting minimum wage.
