Everyone on staff was doing their jobs, service was quick and amazing, and the store was clean.
Shared a bad experience a bit ago and I wanted to rehash it, this starbucks employees deserve the most praise. They're working hard as well as having fun which is what I expect from starbucks, love the lizzard.
Ordered a summer berry refresher and it took almost 10 minutes and then they got it wrong and it was a mango dragon refresher, was able to get it fixed but was still waiting for my bagel with cream cheese, when finally given the bagel minutes later they didnt have any cream cheese apparently which I wish I was notified about earlier. They offered butter or a refund, I paid using points so I took the refund because I just didn't want the bagel at all by this point and I was gonna be late for work, low and behold they refunded... read more
Have only used the drive-thru but every time has been excellent. Nice staff.
