My family and I had a very bad experience at this location. The barista on bar was very rude to my mom when she asked for a cup of ice. She said “if you wanted ice you should’ve asked for it at the register.” My mom asked for the ice because there was very little in her drink rather than have her remake it. Not only did the barista not help her, but she belittled her in front of everyone in the store. Another worker saw what happened and handed my mom a cup of ice with no problem.
