My potato eggs bites were given to me through the drive-thru cold, they just took them out if the fridge and placed them in the bag. Since i ordered via mobile and went through the drive-thru and drove off i didn't notice they were cold. When i contacted customer they gave their speach about their "Barista Promise" but how does that help when you drive off after going through the drive-thru? Not a great stop if on your way to wrok...I have been late twice in one week because they can't have my order ready! my mobile order ready on time! Ridiculous!!
I said I was going to try a new drink and Anthony M offered me a replacement if I didn’t like it. Which I didn’t, the orange cold foam is gross.
