I feel compelled to leave a 5 star review because this Starbucks, which luckily happens to be the closest one to me, really provides consistent quality with my highly customized $11 coffee. Also, my niece just raved about how they made her s'mores cream Frappuccino so much better than other Starbucks locations she's had it from. She pointed out that they added chocolate syrup at the bottom and crumbled graham crackers on top — apparently she'd never had it made that way before. Great service, was quick
So I order iced Matcha latte with extra strawberry cold foam. when I went there I got this drink. It has no ice no ice , no strawberry cold foam. It was all foam matcha. it was a huge line when I went there I understand they’re busy taking customer . so it doesn’t mean they can make wrong drink. I wasted my money and time. I couldn’t go back because I can’t stand in the line again. There is always something going on at this location. They should train there staffs well.
