Ordered our drinks 2 frappes we waited almost 15 for our drinks meanwhile people who ordered after us got there drinks. Left our drinks behind the counter for 15 when I asked about our drinks she gave me melted frapps I asked for them to be remade she took them melted drinks and threw them away. Made us new ones. The lady in back of me ordered 2 drinks they made them wrong and gave her the wrong made drinks and made her 2 correct drinks. Won't be going back.
I just ordered a brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso and they forgot to add the brown sugar. The coffee I received was just milk and espresso. I asked them to please re make it as it only had part of the ingredients. They re-made my drink but the batista was very upset. She was calling everyone's names when their drink was ready but she didn't call mine. My drink sat there for a few minutes and she kept calling other names after mine. This Starbucks is slow af . Everyone that work here is slow too
Drinks are never made correctly. This is actually the worst Starbucks I’ve been to but I will be checking out a new coffee shop moving forward. Starbucks has fell off, I won’t be back. They don’t even stir drinks now unless you request it and that’s absolutely ridiculous. Black rock coffee has found themselves a new regular.
