if I could give this zero stars, I would I don’t know if the employees are just so overwhelmed that they don’t remember their own rules, but they had me wait 15+ minutes for water just to find out much later that they wouldn’t even be able to give me said water after taking my order at the counter then I spoke to the store manager who was super “sweet”, but yet they get very unhelpful because they still didn’t work to try to resolve anything just said I could reach out to them later, as if that was gonna get me the drink tha... read more
Ordered my drinks through the mobile app to pick up in the drive thru since i had small babies with me. Placed my order at 6:43am and when I told them my order name for pick up through the intercom, they said it will be ready at the window. Got to the window and waited and waited even more, we got our food, but no drinks. The lady that we spoke to initially leaves and someone else fills in and had no idea what was going on.
