Ordered three drinks on the app for pickup. Showed up and two of three were ready. Stood inside with zero acknowledgement from staff. Finally asked about the third missing drink. They had no clue then one person said “oh yeah it got busy in drive thru and we forgot”. No apology. Five minutes more for my drink which was horrible. Four times more matcha than it should have had.
