The Team members were friendly and helpful. Also, they were accommodating with special requests as to how / what u wanted in my drink.
I ordered a custom matcha drink n paid extra for additional matcha but it taste like plain cream with no matcha flavor at all. I’ve ordered similar matcha drinks at other Starbucks locations n they’ve always been made correctly. When I brought it up, the barista told me the reference photo I showed was AI generated instead of offering to remake the drink or fix the issue. I paid extra for the matcha n didn’t receive what I ordered. Very disappointing service and experience
So annoyed they never make the drinks correctly. Today I sent mine back because they basically gave me a half cup of cold foam. When she “fixed” it this is what she gave. Not even fully mixed just tastes like dirt.
Bit like barren and closed, but I feel welcomed there. Can't believe I pay double for a juice though!
