So annoyed they never make the drinks correctly. Today I sent mine back because they basically gave me a half cup of cold foam. When she “fixed” it this is what she gave. Not even fully mixed just tastes like dirt.
Bit like barren and closed, but I feel welcomed there. Can't believe I pay double for a juice though!
My family and I have been going to the Starbucks for a long time and for the most part had good experiences but recently today on Sunday first of all, It was like the barista had ADHD because they kept getting my drink wrong when I was ordering and then it took forever to get to the front of the drive-through then by the time I got up there they got all of our drinks wrong and I was so furious. The best Starbucks I have visited recently. As a coffee lover, I enjoy drinking it outside and I always prefer Starbucks. My experience this week at the Martinez branch was exciting and eye-catching. The employees were so good with everyone, unlike what usually happens in other branches of the same company, where they first look at the shape of your shoes and then decide how to serve you! 🤣 I think the workers in this branch should be moved to train others around the Bay Area on how to respect customers equally.
