Best Starbucks I've ever been to. Staff is amazing.
Been going to Starbucks all over the country for 25 years now. Over the last 10 years or so I have noticed customer service has dropped considerably. Also noticed most Starbucks have made their stores uncomfortable to stay. Almost like they want you to get the coffee and get out. This store seems to have bucked that trend. Not sure if its different management recently, but this store is very comfortable to stay and sit, and the last several times I came in they greeted people coming in the front door. Extremely disappointing experience. The service was painfully slow, and the staff were outright rude and unprofessional. There was zero customer service etiquette — no greeting, no patience, and no respect. When I asked a simple question, the response was cold, dismissive, and borderline disrespectful.
