Top notch service, I had an issue with an Uber eats driver, which wasn't even the restaurants fault, and they still went above and beyond to make it right!!
The coffee here is consistently good, and I appreciate the friendly staff who are always ready to help. However, it can get pretty crowded during peak hours, which makes the wait a bit longer than I'd like. Overall, it's a decent spot to grab a drink and relax for a bit.
Absolutely love this Starbucks! The baristas are always so friendly and remember my order, which makes each visit feel special. Plus, the cozy atmosphere is perfect for getting some work done or just enjoying a coffee break!
I came into Starbucks for the first time today it was the worst experience I’ve ever had the guy at the cashier was rude and made my coffee which was cold everyone looked dead no customer services at all!! Middletown location horrible!!
