Worst parking lot and drive thru setup I've ever seen. I realize that this isn't Starbucks' fault, but this location is just poorly thought out. EDIT Nov 2025 - I'm not sure if the employees at this location are from other SB locations, or if the turnover here is really high, but they seem very unhappy more times than not. I work in the area, so visit 6 times a month roughly. Any time I stop in, I have ordered ahead in the app at least 20 mins. If I could ZERO stars I would… waiting 30 minutes plus for two coffees should never be a thing absolutely ridiculous, even if it was red cup day…
Terrible customer service! Walked in at 8:40pm to look for a cup. I wasn’t even going to get coffee. The girl walked to the back when she saw me. The other guy didn’t even look at me. I get it, it’s close to closing, but that’s your job! I walked right out!
