Did online order... picked up chai latte vente with whip cream... opened when I got to the office as it felt light..... lil shy of a vente and NO whip cream. Very sad. Not going back there.
Not sure if the cashier lady just had a bad day or I got picked on because I’m Asian so she decided to give me some attitude. Come in during morning hours and I had the HARDEST time order a drink in Starbucks EVER. For some reason she couldn’t hear me for anything. For one, never had the voice issue in any other Starbucks before. For two, I increased my volume EveryTime she said she can’t hear. Drink size, extra shoot, less syrup . This week, I was visiting my daughter at the University Of Madison. I decided to go to the Starbucks across the street from my hotel. I order and the employees seemed very impatient and unhappy. They were rude and dismissive. Certainly not the type of customer service I would expect from Starbucks. Next time, I’ll just go down the highway to Dunkin or a different location.
