Once again, difficult time at Starbucks. In order a cafe misto. Went to take a drink and I had whipped cream in it. Told the barista and she rudely responded with “Misto come with whip cream” I’ve ordered this drink probably a hundred times, never once did any of them come with whipped cream. The drink online via Starbucks app also verified this. Unless I forgot how to read I see no where saying “whipped cream” under what’s included
My family and I absolutely love this location all the baristas are so sweet especially Izzy and Aabri they really go above and beyond for their customers!

They always mess up my drink, and massive lack of customer service. I keep telling myself stop going here. Unfortunately it's the only starbucks in town so when I get a giftcard I use it. Ordered online and they still left out some of my add-ins. It's not their business to judge my drink, just make it as I ordered it.
