I waited at the counter for 5 minutes. No one paid any attention to me. I went to the restroom and came back — still no one helped me. There was a guy named Sergio. I told him, “I’ve been waiting here for 5 minutes,” and he only came when I called him myself. Came here regularly for business meetings and to work on projects. The maintenance of the place seems off. Electricity Outlets not working, dirty bathrooms, and long long wait times for just a cup of tea. Asked one of the baristas if they knew that there electrical outlets were not working and she told me to go and check BurgerFi for working outlets. Dang. Left without picking up my tea.
