An hour to get a damn coffee. It seems they are understaffed. Especially at the drive through with over 15 cars in line and approx a 5 min wait car to car

I come to this Starbucks because it is the closest to me but I will officially make the effort to go somewhere else because every time I come here, the service is SLOW. I always place my order through the mobile app to avoid delays but I always still end up waiting....and I have tried multiple methods to figure it out but, for example, today I placed my mobile order and waited 20 min before going to the store.
