I had such a delighful experience when I went yesterday with my family to pick up some lattes. We decided to go inside and were pleasantly surprised with the atmosphere! It was quiet, clean, spacious, and had lots of seating. But the highlight of our night was Kevon. He was very kind and gave excellent service! He was so patient with us while we figured out which drinks we wanted and made great suggestions. Will definitely be coming back!

Neglected Restroom: This particular Starbucks location has a low rating, and it’s easy to see why, the restroom situation is unacceptable. I didn’t plan to order anything today, but as a regular Starbucks customer, I value their public restrooms, especially compared to places like Dunkin’ Donuts, where the staff, often an unhelpful employee, claims the restroom is “out of service” (though it never actually is; they just don’t want anyone using it). Im giving 5 stars because of Yaya, the young lady at the drive thru who assisted me, she made sure my order was RIGHT always smiling and thanking me for my patience, she is a boss.
