Rude employee. My granddaughter dropped her drink outside the door when she was leaving. She went back into the store and and showed one of the employees her damaged cup and told her what happened. The employee was very rude to her and told her that she would have to buy another one. Since she already spent a ton of money on the one drink, my granddaughter just left after that encounter.

My favorite location.I come here at least once a day if not two baristas are always nice and my drink has never been wrong.
