Got to Starbucks at 4:45am and didn’t get acknowledged at the drive thru speaker. Waited until 4:55am before I decided to drive off to go to work. 3 girls appeared to be in the store and not one of them took the time to say “I’ll be with u in one moment” If I didn’t have a job to clock into I probably would of waited to see how much longer it would have taken for them to take my order. Rude employee. My granddaughter dropped her drink outside the door when she was leaving. She went back into the store and and showed one of the employees her damaged cup and told her what happened. The employee was very rude to her and told her that she would have to buy another one. Since she already spent a ton of money on the one drink, my granddaughter just left after that encounter.
