Customer service is great! Small parking lot and drive thru are not appealing.
I'm soooo tired of having a 50-50 chance my drink will taste so burnt and bitter gross! Starbucks is too expensive for this.
I ordered an impossible breakfast sandwich this morning and even though the sticker on the bag said impossible as well, it was regular sausage. I went over to the Germantown Starbucks who did get the sandwich right!
Awful customer service. I was refused to be serviced and ignored by an Asian employee
