Twice in the last month, I’ve waited 20+ minutes for a single coffee. Both times, other people have returned their coffees because they were made wrong. The employees definitely need more training and need to stay off their phones while they work.
The gal didn’t ask if I wanted hot or cold drink. She just started making cold so I said i want hot. She stopped making my drink and made the drinks for people behind me. Then threw my bread on the counter. Then finished my hot drink sat it on counter. Didn’t say a word and walked off. Needless to say I’m not impressed.
To begin, the sanitation of this place is subpar. I’ve seen baristas come back from break, touch the trash, not wash their hands and proceed to make drinks. Half of the time my drink is made incorrectly and tastes quite unpleasant. Almost everytime I come, I have to wait 10+ minutes as they’re always short staffed and have one person working the busiest hours. I now prefer a different place and only come here if convenient.
At least three times in the last month when they were shown to be open during business hours, the store is barricaded off with chairs. They were this way this morning, and I've seen them do it in the afternoons too. I've started going elsewhere as they only ever have only one person doing everything.
