Girl opening was late opening making everyone who wanted morning coffee late had to wait 20 mins for my coffee I’m ticked off!!!!
Ordered and waited while the 3 people who ordered after me got their drinks before mine was made only after I asked about it.
The customer service was great. I was there at the last minute to get a drink for the road and she was so kind and understanding. She made me a great drink even thought it was at closing time.
Online says there is a drive through, but we could not find where that would be possible?? So we parked and went inside the store. Staff was friendly, but my husband and i both had hot coffee pouring out of our cups all over us before we even got back to the car, right outside the door.
Set my husband in to go get me an iced drink and he came out with a drink with no ice, yeah we have ice at home but they should have never served it in the first place they topped it off with all milk and since mine was matcha they barely put any in cuz they couldn't shake it with ice smh. Should've just told him to go to the other Starbucks in town.
