If Brian Niccol didn’t suck at his job, he would know how to train his employees so they’re not rude to employees because right now it’s NOT a premium experience at all. The bearded fella is rude as hell and has no manners and needs to be fired yesterday.

Look, I didn't know about the water policy change - for over 20 years Starbucks has always given free water to folks even without a purchase. The barista, cocking his head, rolling his eyes and laughing at me for asking and telling me I was MONTHs out of date ruined my evening after a long walk on a hot day. The service here will probably ruin your day too.
