I had a really disappointing experience today. The manager was extremely rude to the gentleman who was ahead of me in line, and it immediately left a bad taste in my mouth. Because of the way she was speaking and acting toward the customers before me, I ended up turning around and leaving. Her attitude came across as disrespectful, unprofessional, and very inconsiderate.
