Interesting interaction with the Female cashier at the drive through window. She said her name was Danny Roman. I came through around 2:50 I wanted a caramel iced latte with xtra caramel. When I got to the window she had a Hot coffee. I told her I ordered an Iced coffee. She told me that it was ordered as a hot coffee and that for the next time I need to read the screen to make sure it’s right. They didn’t ask me if I wanted it hot or iced.
