Disappointed with my experience today. My drink order was made incorrectly, which I understand can happen. However, when I asked for it to be remade, the staff gave me looks and laughed behind my back as if I couldn’t hear them. That part was really uncomfortable and unprofessional. Customer service should be respectful, especially when fixing a mistake.

I just had such an insane experience here I felt compelled to share. I ordered a breakfast sandwich, something that typically takes about 20 seconds to heat. I waited “6 minutes” apparently I was told by the cashier- before politely asking for an update. The food hadn’t even been touched since I placed the order. The cashier responded with such an extreme attitude that I was genuinely taken aback.
