I placed a $45 UberEats order which was stolen by someone else and Starbucks refused to remake it. I couldn’t get a refund on Uber either. It was 2 drinks and 3 food items. How irresponsible to first let someone steal an order, and the insult the customer by refusing to fix the problem. I waited for over an hour without any communication, no solution, and no refund.
October 6, 2025 1:00 pm On my way from Bellingham, Washington I figured I’d make a stop at a Starbucks and catch up on some paperwork while enjoying my drink. I was helped by a new barista who was learning how to operate the order terminal. She was nice and I was patient as she did her thing. If it’s so busy stop taking new orders until you guys catch up. Holy moly waited 1 hour for 2 drinks. I asked for a refund and they said it will take 1-2 weeks to return to my card.
Very slow, also will not give out code to bathroom, they walk you to the bathroom and put the code in... I thought that was strange. As it takes an employee away from the front counter to do this.
