How is a Starbucks out of whip cream for MUILTIPLE days?? Besides that, I ordered a carmel ribbon crunch and not only did they put no whip cream, they put no carmel or crunch! It's in the name people, how did you forget it!? Money wasted :(
This specific location ALWAYS waits until I arrive to even start my order because they don't want to make it because it's a pour over. I know that because I've witnessed twice now the employees discussing my drink and saying, instead of making it, that they'll ask if I really want it, ask if I want something else, or (and this was a separate time than today,) tell me that they were out of it when they weren't because they didn't want to grind the beans. One of the employees Philip had gone above and beyond to ensure I had amazing service. Asked a simple question via phone and they not only gave me the information they had on hand, but contacted me later once they got more information. Great customer service, and phone etiquette well over the phone. Wish more employees were more like Philip.
