Slow service, didn't have everything for the drinks.
This store is steadily going down hill. Last week, the straw and napkin station was completely empty and a mess. I had to lean over the counter to get a straw because no employee would look at me to ask for a straw. Today, I ordered a mobile order, ube coconut macchiato that had like 10 pieces of ice in it, no cold foam just the ube powder mixed into the drink. I had my brother pick it up, so I was unable to have the drink remade. Do better Maricopa Starbucks.
Worst wait ever. You never know if you’ll go through or wait 30 minutes. Super unfortunate. 2/3 times I’ve been here it’s taken over 30 minutes to get to the window.
Worst Starbucks experience yet. The employee working today was incredibly rude and dismissive for absolutely no reason. On top of that, the wait time was ridiculously long, and this is NOT the first time this has happened at this location.Whats the point of ordering ahead of time if you still have to wait 45 minutes for a drink! NEVER order ahead and pickup in the drive thru!!! Customers shouldn’t have to deal with bad attitudes and consistently poor service just to get a coffee.
