This morning they are out of all berries but charged the same amount for the drink. The lady at the window was not interested in making it right for us either. Starbucks is better than this.

Though they are nice since the main lady quit my coffee has tasted like crap it’s so bland!! The coffee is light and they adds barely any flavoring!! For example yesterday I got a pumpkin latte, with apple and mocha and extra caramel drizzle. Tasted like watered down coffee with no caramel drizzle AT ALL!! People pay extra for the stuff so either hot people who want to do it right or make sure your staff is trained enough to get it right.
