Charged me and gave me a vente when I asked for a grande, handed me an extremely hot cup and then had to ask for a sleeve. (Do you want people to burn themselves???). Coffee and food isn't as good as it used to be- feel like I could have squeezed the oil out of the muffin. I wouldn't bother coming here again and this place might have put me off of Starbucks forever. Also- music too loud, environment too sterile, robots behind the counter. Starbucks used to be enjoyable and fun.
Wow. Went through the drive through to pick up my wife’s English Breakfast with 1/2 cold Almond milk and my Pikes peak. Thinking all is well we leave for the Muir wood Forrest. By the time we get there my wife takes her first sip to find out she did not have tea but coffee. This made her very disappointed and started her day off not on the right foot.
