What are the actual hours? 5:45am in the drive thru, they’re closed. All lights off. On top of it being the worst one in the area, they just make up their hours. Fire the entire store and try again.
Loving this coffee shop
Very disappointing experience on March 15 around 2:30 PM. An employee yelled at my wife and me in front of other customers while we were waiting for our mobile order. The situation was handled in an aggressive and humiliating way. MY WORST STARBUCKS EXPERIENCE .As a long-time customer, this was unacceptable.
El personal es muy grosero, hay formas de pedir las cosas, gritar y tratar de humillar a los clientes no es una de ellas. Salí de ese lugar queriendo llorar de lo humillada que me sentí. Nunca antes había tenido una experiencia tan desagradable en un Starbucks.
