Came through the drive through yesterday and ordered 2 large beverages that came to roughly $15. Presented cash ($100 bill) and was promptly told they did not have change for it. I did not have another way to pay, so I didn’t get the drinks and had to find another coffee shop.
Basically gave me the coffee and water remains before they refilled their coffee machine. I ordered a grande pike roast and i could see the bottom of the cup. Please don’t ruin anyone’s morning after waiting 10 minutes on a cold morning. So disappointed 11/8/25
I was asked if I wanted my change..... Granted, it was only 30some cents. That's not the point. I'm basing this review on principle alone. I was flustered and told him "No, keep it" It was extremely off-putting and I as I drove away I became more upset. In an environment where the public has tip-fatigue and in an establishment that pays minimum wage, an employee assumed I needed to tip them.
