The worst customer service I've had in a while. Completely ignored for at least 5 minutes, but I got a "look" from one of the employees. Coffee was made, but they never called my name so it just sat there until I asked. Then I watched the front counter person interact with someone her own age she knew and it was completely different: friendly and offering "free" additions to drinks.
