I recently visited this Starbucks and had a disappointing experience. I asked for a cup of water and permission to use the restroom. The employee refused, saying that water and restrooms are only available to paying customers. I showed him my Starbucks app with my purchase history — I’m a regular and frequent customer — I showed him my app, which clearly shows how many times I’ve purchased at Starbucks, even earlier at another store the same morning and even showed him a photo of my daughter who works at Starbucks. Lentos atención mala te tratan bastante mal y sin bien lentos
"Oat" & "whole" sound similar especially when speaking fast. They remade the drink w/ oatmilk w/o a hitch. Excellent customer service.
