I recently visited this Starbucks and had a disappointing experience. I asked for a cup of water and permission to use the restroom. The employee refused, saying that water and restrooms are only available to paying customers. I showed him my Starbucks app with my purchase history — I’m a regular and frequent customer — I showed him my app, which clearly shows how many times I’ve purchased at Starbucks, even earlier at another store the same morning and even showed him a photo of my daughter who works at Starbucks. Lentos atención mala te tratan bastante mal y sin bien lentos
"Oat" & "whole" sound similar especially when speaking fast. They remade the drink w/ oatmilk w/o a hitch. Excellent customer service.
This Starbucks has become my go-to spot simply because it’s the most accessible for me, and every time I visit, it reminds me why I keep coming back. There’s plenty of space for people to work comfortably with their laptops, and the ambiance is always calm, inviting and ideal for focusing. What truly makes this location stand out is the staff.
