Ricky was an angel!!! Super kind and helpful. Got me exactly what I wanted. Starbucks needs more people with his customer service.
It truly sucks that after so long of maintaining a good reputation. Locations like this one with supervisors like Matthew and managers like Carlos are the reason Businesses go down. It’s not their money so they could care less about the service they are providing.
