I've went to this location 3 times. Everytime the barista are rude, and my drink tastes watered-down. I don't know what location I can go to where they actually make a Starbucks drink the way they used to. You already have people paying $6+ for a drink, but you are going to dilute it on top of that?
I went through Starbucks drive thru on 86Th and I35 near Urbandale IA. I ordered exact way I always order and drink was to watered down. I buy the same thing everything I go to this location. So I went inside told the young woman it was watered down and instead of responding that she would make it again--- she said "I only put a splash of water". There was no offer to remake my drink. Literally I'm drinking this right now and tastes mostly water. I can barely taste the fruit juice part. I paid $1 extra for inclusion powder..... read more
Robert on the morning crew is amazing. Whether it's righting a wrong from the previous day or helping me figure out what to drink, his friendly voice always puts me in a good mood - and I'm usually on the way to work when I hear him, so it's greatly appreciated! If he's not a manager, he should be. Awesome service!
