I don't usually review big chains. One is the the same as the others. Consistency is what we need sometimes. However, this one had super welcoming space and efficient staff. They brought me my sandwich and drink to the table as I was working. The place was clean and it just seemed like the people took ownership and cared. I appreciate great customer service which is so rare these days.
I didn’t quite catch her name, but one of the baristas is delightful. I had my drink made wrong that morning, I came back hours later and she remade it for me and was very sweet. She made my day!
The drink the i have was good the lady the took my order was good and the place clean
Always a super long line when I go in the mornings. They don’t seem to fill their drinks up all the way here. Picture was taken before I even took a sip. I will say the customer service is good though. Employees are very nice.
