I was really looking forward to trying The new double berry Matcha and they got my order wrong even though I tried to explain to them that it’s supposed to have strawberry Purée on the bottom they told me no that I was incorrect that that’s not how this drink is made. I spent eight dollars on this drink which I don’t mind but if I’m going to spend money to get coffee , I really want my order to be made correctly or at least offer to get it corrected. This is the only Starbucks I’ve ever been to that so consistently just makes orders completely wrong. You can order the same drink 3 different times and get a different result every time. I try to give them the benefit of the doubt and go back but at this point it’s been such a consistent waste of money that I will not be going there again. Save your time and go literally anywhere else.
