Denise was rude, impatient and interrupting me attempting to order then was brusque asking details about what I would like to order that I had already said mid interrupting me. Alex on the other hand was very polite, had a friendly attitude and tone and made a great drink quickly. Much appreciation to Alex for making the experience that started bad end in good note.
