I came here this morning and I was in line and this lady was just talking to one customer and take a long time trying to get her drink I waited in line for about 5 minutes and all she had done was 4 muffins I assume that comes in a package and she was so slow so I just left. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN!!
This review is not about the food. It’s about the customer service. Nathan is rude. He gets mad at employees and customers for ordering iced water. If you don’t like your job work somewhere else. You can’t get mad at people for wanting a cup of iced water. I hope you get retrained on what customer service should be.

Have come multiple times with the person closing over 45 minutes early . Only Starbucks for miles and can’t stay open?
Amazing service. No was anxious either no rush for Starbucks.
