Rude and Unnecessary Policy – Bad Experience Visited this Starbucks on February 17, 2025 10am, and had one of the worst customer service experiences. My wife and I were at the counter deciding what to order when she suddenly needed to use the restroom. The lady at the counter refused to give us the code, saying we had to order first. My wife was in discomfort while we were still trying to decide, but the counter lady showed no consideration at all.
