At around 1:45 PM, I entered this Starbucks intending to purchase a drink or coffee products. Before ordering, I asked a female employee for the restroom code. She told me that I would only be given the password if I made a purchase . The way it was said made me feel judged, as if I was assumed to not be able to afford a cup of coffee or even a bag of Starbucks coffee. I felt disrespected and unfairly treated. This behavior is unacceptable. I will not be returning to this location.
Unfortunately, this location has too many overly entitled babies who whine in the reviews that they can't wander in off the street and demand free water and use of the restrooms unless they actually patronize the business. It's one thing to be frustrated that a business requires a purchase, but it's entirely ridiculous to be so upset that you write a "negative" review because your feelings were hurt. Really having problems understanding how to keep drive-through moving. 15 minutes and counting. Make sure you allow extra time since this line doesn’t move.
Mobile ordered ahead of time, then still waited over 30 minutes for a simple shot of espresso. It stated my drink “was ready” yet it never hit the counter, the worker (Veronka) said she already made it and someone must’ve taken it, a lie. Ridiculous service, no refund, finally got my drink and it was made WRONG. How do you mess up a shot of espresso with a pump of classic syrup. Horrible service!!!!
