This location should not accept personal cups at all if customers want to use them for their drinks. Apparently the baristas “don’t want to touch personal items.” That is the stupidest thing I have heard. Of all the Starbucks locations I have been to over the years I have never heard of any Starbucks baristas having adverse affects as a result of touching someone’s cup. I’ve waited in this drive through for 25 mins. Expect them to take forever - extremely slow.
The customer service has noticeably declined since they moved to the new location. Staff rarely greet customers waiting in the pickup area, unlike at the previous location, and they consistently prioritize in-store orders over online ones. On several occasions, I’ve seen customers who placed in-store orders after I had already arrived for pickup receive theirs before my online order was even started.
