Everything was good!
Had a really bad today at the office and stopped by on my way home this afternoon. Was greeted immediately. The line was a little busy, but Luke made the wait and experience so worth it, would and will 100% go back. I could tell he was working hard to deliver great customer service, keep the line moving but not make the experience feel rushed. Absolutely the rudest employees.
I understand policy on bathroom use but treating my family as aggressively as the manager did is absolutely unacceptable. I will be calling corporate today about this store.
The wonderful girl working here this evening gave my twins samples to help them decide because they didn’t know what drink they’d like! She went out of her way to help us, and was the nicest! Wish I caught her name but is working this evening 5/23!
