Hi I just went to get my usual coffee and at was taking for ever for a double shot espresso, so I asked the girl where is my coffee And she said in a mean way we are backed up is coming, then she gives me the coffee and does not even say thank you or Anything just looking at me in a mean face like she wanted to kill me so I said thank you in a loud way just to show her how to do costumer service.
