The manager is excellent! She greeted us with recognition and welcoming tone of voice . Talked great to her team. Even brought one of our orders out to our table ! So nice to go to a business and have kind welcoming atmosphere. This manager is the key at this store.
Ordered my drink from the drive up. Employee was very friendly.
I come in almost every day. Place my order typically 5 minutes in advance and nobody has said anything until today. I live less than 5 minutes away so I usually place my order when I leave my house. Today a barista berated me for “ inconveniencing “ them. Horrible horrible customer service. I will not be returning and I advise people to do the same or prepare to be berated for “ inconveniencing “ the baristas. This is not how you treat a loyal customer.
Great staff! I was greeted with a cheery hello as soon as I stepped in the door even though the five baristas were super busy. Very clean, neatly organized and enjoyed watching the staff interact with guests and each other. The drive thru line never stopped and mobile orders were ready when customers showed up for pick-up.
