While traveling, we stopped by for drinks, and unfortunately, both the caramel ribbon crunch and the white chocolate mocha were prepared incorrectly. There was matcha powder on the lid of my cup, and I also found coffee grounds in my drink. The caramel ribbon crunch tasted more like milk than coffee. This was the most disappointing Starbucks experience we have encountered.
SB was in a grocery store location
I got a vanilla latte iced here and it tasted like straight beans but they're lucky because I like beans, but they did spell my name wrong as well but I won't put that on them for as my name isn't that simple to spell.
