This particular Starbucks is the ONLY Starbucks I don't want to order from. The coffee is NEVER consistent. When they do get my order right (75%) the coffee is either too sweet or not sweet enough.
Slow service
While traveling, we stopped by for drinks, and unfortunately, both the caramel ribbon crunch and the white chocolate mocha were prepared incorrectly. There was matcha powder on the lid of my cup, and I also found coffee grounds in my drink. The caramel ribbon crunch tasted more like milk than coffee. This was the most disappointing Starbucks experience we have encountered.
