Since when is it the customers responsibility to make sure the drink is correct? If the intercom is bad then tell the manager to fix it. Don't come telling the customer "for future reference" smh. Also fix the attitude or don't even work in customer service.
This is the first time I've ever rated a starbucks. They actually had mugs for people to sit and enjoy their drinks! That made all the difference.
Their pastries sit in the stomach like a lead weight.
