Ordered a venti pumpkin spice at drive thru. I didn’t drink any, saving for when I arrived home which is less than a mile from my house. I opened the cup and it was just maybe half full. I called and they said they were sorry. I could drive back and they would give me another one. I didn’t! I won’t be going to this Starbucks again! Why would you not fill the cup up? Ridiculous! Very, very poor service! I wish I could give a minus one star!
If you want to hang out at a Starbucks, this is not the place. No chairs inside or out. Weird. Update. 2 years later, still no chairs inside or out. Also no bathroom. This is mostly just a drive-thru place, though you can go in to order.
I rarely post poor experiences. Three people working. Only one with a sense of urgency or customer service. Too many other Starbucks to sit in lines that long to accommodate employees who clearly don't want to be there.
No one here and couldn’t complete a mobile order in 15 minutes … it’s 3:30pm. I watched cars go through the drive thru completely before my order was even picked up.
