I normally really enjoy my experiences with Starbucks, but today I went through the drive through and my drink had the wrong lid on it, resulting in it spilling all over me and my car. I also got no apology, but I'm not sure if the person handing me the drink knew that it spilled so I'm letting it slide. The three stars are for the effort being put into making the drink, I still value the time put into the preparation, but it was the serving of the drink that lost two stars.
Great customer service.
Everyone there is always the sweetest and I always have a good experience with this location. Always writing on my cups and making my drinks correctly. They really make my day every single time.
Sign on I 70 directed us to the worst Starbucks in Country. Don’t follow the sign off the highway.
