Really enjoyed visiting this Starbucks. Nearby. The store is very clean and comfortable, and everything feels well taken care of. The staff was friendly and efficient, and my drink was made just right. My togo choice!

I had an extremely unpleasant experience at the Starbucks located at Soquel Canyon & Pomona Rincon. The front desk staff was very impolite, dismissive, and disrespectful from the moment I arrived. My order took over 20 minutes, which is unacceptable for a simple coffee. When I politely asked whether my order under my name was ready, the employee repeatedly asked, “What name?” multiple times in a rude tone and then proceeded to mispronounce my name in a mocking and ridiculous way, which felt very unprofessional and disrespect... read more
