This is the second time I’ve gone to this location in the last month or so. They have no customer service skills. They do not acknowledge customers at all. They move slower than a sloth. I go to Starbucks pretty much every day and this location is definitely the worst one I’ve been to. It’s the morning of Fourth of July. I can’t believe how much the service at this Starbucks has declined. I spent $20 on a mobile order with four items, one of the food items was missing. When I politely let the employees know, instead of asking what was missing, she told me to check the bags sitting in front of me, which I had already done. The guy said his name was Daniel. He kept my order on hold even after finding out it had been neglected. It felt like he was delaying it just because he was not satisfied with the tips (which I refuse to give for bad service). I waited for 15 minutes before demanding a refund. I had to ask him three separate times just to get him to tell another coworker to start making my drink. Word of advice: make sure to give him a big tip if you meet him, or else he’ll intentionally hold your order hostage. I do not tolerate bad service
I went there to pick up order. But, one of the staffs pretended not to hear me when I was asking if my order is ready or not. At first I thought, she couldn’t hear me but she was ignoring , very rude and inattentive. The rest of the staffs are nice and friendly.
