Awesome ambiance
This 5 star review is for JASMINE the barista at this location. STARBUCKS’ CORPORATE DIVISION needs this young lady to work there to set the example for quality control and customer service in all their stores. I am in love with the Fireworks Frappuccino which was only available for a very, very short time. So when I go to a Starbucks, I say I know the Fireworks Frap is not available but can you make something similar. I get the same response “we don’t have that anymore”. Great service and delicious drinks!
Starbucks is what it is - fast and convenient, decent coffee and other items. THIS particular location though, is terrible. The service is always S L O W. I've had long waits at the drive-thru even when the place is not busy, and the quality of my drinks (usually just a coffee of latte) has been poor several times. I never go to this location anymore, even though it is quite close to home.
