Today I stop to get a drink and it was the first time the experience was very bad - had to wait almost 25 minutes for my order. They were dispatching every one at the drive thru before any one that was waiting inside. When I ask about my order , the girl responded I’m by my self . And that was it after she only fill out drive thru. Only Very, very BAD SERVICE and no customer service
I have been coming to this location for a year now but within a month ago certain staff and my coffee I usually get has been downhill. The manager named Mackenzie this morning gave a lot of attitude after I informed her my coffee was wrong multiple times, she then proceeded to argue back and forth with me in front of customers and staff. I had to tell her my coffee was wrong at least 3 times before getting it settled. she needs to be fired! she has an attitude every time I come to this location.
I had an unpleasant experience with an unfriendly barista at the drive-thru window.
