I've been having a really bad month, and today I went to this Starbucks, and accidentally spilled my drink. The Barista was so nice and cleaned it up, and was really kind and understanding, and made me feel better and provided me with a replacement, making sure it was exactly the same.
Coffee tastes bad, coffee not made right, not enough cream, disgusting hazelnut cream, and they forgot to add the caramel I ordered.
I paid 8$ for a "Pumpkin Spice Latte with oat milk and pumpkin cream cold foam" and i just got almond milk and expresso. Ive given this place enough chances and needless to say i will never be coming back. I don't understand how this was that rushed especially when there wasn't a line. I am absolutely getting my refund. Mistakes happen and its totally understandable but they wont make macha right when i went there the last few times and now im just getting straight milk and expresso now? Really disappointed.
