I ordered through Starbucks app and it turned out that I ordered from a different Starbucks location not the Purcellville location. I showed the barista my order on my Starbucks app and she told me that it was a different Starbucks location but she’d still make me my order for free. I really appreciated the friendly service.
Went today. Apparently the machine doesn't work. You could pay cash, or with your app if you order ahead but not scan the app to pay. But to buy merchandise in the store you could not do.
Great staff and clean
One star down just for the bench is so uncomfortable needs replacement of cushion, staff is nice
I spend alot at Starbucks. Only to now being told I'm losing 89 Stars in 2 days. (89) when I spent the money to get them and have been saving stars diligently . When my gift card Is empty I'm switching coffee places. Starbucks doing this to people is bologna
