Slowest Starbucks on the planet
I had a mobile order through the drive thru and it was supposed to be ready at 11:12 i didn’t get my order until 11:30. I had to wait in the drive thru line for over 15 minutes that is ridiculous.
There was a long wait in drive-thru line. It was to the point of cars that were parked being blocked in. This created an unsafe situation with cars in line and others backing out.
No cash on a busy Saturday for $25 order told me to go next door to a gas for change POOR Customer Service
I went today and ordered venti shaken espresso with 3 pumps of white mocha and splash of 2% milk through drive thru. I am very dissapointed, my coffee taste like " straight up milk with no coffee at all" after I waited more than 5 mins atvthe window. I feel like they forgot to make my coffee and just rush on it. I saw several coffee make before mine and line up at the window counter. I am really dissapointed!
