Came here after arriving to work after a terrible experience at the location right by where I live at the corner of Great Neck & VB Blvd. Having such a rotten experience made me want to show some love to locations I've NEVER had an issue. My iced shaken espresso was ready upon arrival and delicious. 6 years I've worked right up the street and will be moving job to work out of Norfolk. Fare well Effingham location. You sustained me through many long work days!
There services is unappreciated, I come there and order hot coffee and they always give coffee that isn’t hot it’s warm. So I go in to tell them it’s not hot for all that money for a cup of coffee, they tell me it’s at 172 degrees for serving. So I give them a one star on quality and service
I went through the drive-thru to pick up my birthday drink yesterday. When I gave my name (mobile order) I was met with the happiest "Happy Birthday" followed by another "Happy Birthday" from another crew member. That made my heart smile. Then I was told "drive around... your drink is ready and we have a gift for you". I was like "yaaaaaaaaaay" to myself. lol I pull up to the window, receive my drink, which by the way has decked out with "Happy Birthday, Enjoy" in my favorite colors, purple & green.
