Incredibly welcoming today Sept 9 2025. I travel to Kalamazoo from Chicago once a week. This is my new stop! Thanks for being kind and welcoming Starbucks staff! Please keep it up and the trend will spread like wildfire... the country needs more kindness!
Went in the drive through and Linda was exceptionally kind and made the experience a positive one. It is rare to receive great customer service these days and she goes to show that there is still a ton of positivity out there. This is also the only Starbucks I have been to that writes anything besides a smiley face on the cup, not that I find that particularly important, but they definitely go above and beyond here.
