This is why Starbucks is struggling. Drive thrus take precedence, even if you have to wait 15 minutes for your order, and even if your hot sandwich arrives 10 minutes before your drink because the barista shunts your drink order to the side in favor of the drive thru. Not the staff's fault. Management needs to revisit thinking about what this overrated, overpriced chain used to promise
It's easy to hate on Starbucks, but they know how to make great coffee. Everyone inside was super friendly. I told them not to write my name on the cup, and they did not give me a hard time. Coffee was perfect. Restroom was clean. Recommend.
