Extremely slow and rude service at this particular location. I recently ordered just an Americano in the Starbucks and waited over 20 minutes for them to even start my drink and that was only after requesting a refund. The employee who helped me was extremely rude and condescending. I have never received such poor service at a Starbucks and I never will receive such poor service again because that happened to be the last time I will be a patron of Starbucks. I’ve never heard of Starbucks running out of pumpkin spice latte (with no plan to replenish its supply) by early November. That’s like McDonald’s running out of french fries. Do better!
Great place for sandwiches and coffee. Employees are friendly.
