Asked for a Cortado, and the lady asked if I wanted milk in it … probably should google what “cortado” means. I get a shot of espresso with cold milk in it (but double cup so I won’t burn myself hahaha ) next I get a latte also cold. Maybe give employees the recipe to the drinks or some kind of training.
They made me waste my time driving to the store because on the internet it said they opened at 7. I arrived at 7:30 and they weren't open. Terrible organization.
