Very slow service; the person didn't know how to make the coffee—it was a new employee with no supervisor—and the coffee was absolutely awful.
Worst latte I ever drank. Tasted like half water mixes half milk. Doesn’t Starbucks train their employees how to make latte?
Slowest service ever at a Starbucks. Barista took a call and worked with the person on the phone in the middle of our ordering our drinks! Our order was not complicated or difficult but it took forever for her to finish. Thanks for the lousy start to our day. 25 minutes for 2 breakfast sandwiches and 2 drinks -- a latte and a hot tea.
So pleased with the new girl! She remembered our drinks after the first time. Always greets us with smiles and friendly customer service! Thank you so much for being there and making us want to come back!
I’ve been to this Starbucks a thousand times and have had like two good experiences here. Unfortunately it’s the only one in Port Townsend… but today they put a “wow!” Sticker on my coffee because they thought the order was obnoxious. I hate these baristas. I can’t imagine being as miserable as most of these girls are.
