I love this Starbucks Shasta, Sophia, Crystal, Lily, Sebastian, Dion, and Lauran are the best crew of people. They always are super friendly, amazing human beings, and keeps me coming back to this Starbucks for that main reason. They are also good at there jobs too.
I love this location! Manager is amazing and everyone is so helpful and kind. One particular day i had ordered my morning fix and I was running late to work and didn't have time to wait for my coffee and the manager ran it over to me at my place of work..( just a few doors down from her) how amazing is that.
My go to Starbucks ! I love everyone who works here . Always greeted with a good morning coffee is the only way to start my day and receiving it from someone who is fun and enjoying the morning makes it even better
Shasta and her team at 680 Monument are terrific! They start my day off right every day! Thank you for the amazing service!
Team didn’t greet or acknowledge me I was standing at the register for about 5 minutes while there was 4 employees working. I was the only person in the store. Charged me 2x for my drink and still didn’t receive the correct drink. My pastry was burnt and they seems upset because I asked the to pls remake. Store needs training.
