made a comment this morning about hello kitty merchandise. it gets worse...my daughter went back by an hour later to find they did have the hello kitty merchandise n sold it after her waiting since 3am n being told they didn't. shady. yesterday employye told daughter to come next day 3am if she wanted a shot at hello kitty merchandise. she did n was told when employees arrived they did get shipment and they were rude to her. not right! maybe saving for friends??? I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for a long time and usually have a great experience. However, today I was disappointed. I stopped by and asked for a cup of water since I was in the area and feeling very thirsty. The staff member told me I needed to make a purchase, and when I said I wasn’t buying anything, he refused and came across quite rude.
