I come to this Starbucks all the time. Sometimes I just walk in. Sometimes I buy them by car. Every time I walked in, the shopping experience was very good. The counter staff were very warm and friendly. But the car purchase has had more than three bad experiences. Most of them are deliberately inaudible, or don't understand. Like a medium cup, or a pump of syrup, and even then they gave me the wrong one. Ordered inside at 10:45am with no wait, waited 30 minutes for two drinks, one of the drinks were wrong. Saw 30 minutes of mobile orders just sit with no one picking up, drive through line was maybe 5 cars long? No line ever for in person orders. If it’s gonna be 30 minutes to make an iced tea and a latte, give me a heads up at least so I can go somewhere else.
Get these people some help took 20 minutes to get my order really!!!
