Terrible customer service waited more than 20 minutes before someone asked for my oder in not a good way. Not to mention they got my name wrong.
Sadly, I just moved across the street to a new condo. From Seattle and a Starbucks liker. This is my second visit to this location and it's absolutely horrible. Someone needs to clean this up desperately! Not only did I ask for a refund after waiting over 22 minutes in the lobby and I was the only one in there, over 14 cars went through the drive-thru before they even started on my drink.
